Only 13 Days left until Christmas!

Ho Ho Ho!  Only 13 days until Christmas!  12 until I stop by with my sleigh and reindeer.  Have you written your letter to Santa yet?

Will you be on my Nice List or my Naughty List?

Mrs. Claus has had me on a diet this year, so I would appreciate it if you would leave out extra Cookies and Milk for me so my belt will fit better.

The reindeer work hard, too, so if you could leave them a little something...either reindeer food or carrots, they would appreciate it very much.

Love,

Enjoy the Magic of Christmas with Santa's Letter Blog

Mrs. Claus has been after me to start a blog since it seems all the cool kids are doing it. So I've recruited two of my elf friends, Stacy (the Random Cool Chick) and Otin, the Wizard elf. With their help (and if anyone else wants to volunteer feel free to do so) we thought this would be a great way to have some fun with your kids writing in their request to Santa.

Send your Santa requests by clicking on the 'email Santa' button over there on the left (or, for those that the link doesn't work, email santaletters09(at)gmail(dot)com). Please do not submit real names if you don't want them listed on the blog reply - nicknames are perfectly fine, since I know who everyone is anyway.

I'm off to feed the reindeer, they're all waiting out in the field for their dinner.

Be sure to be good, I'd rather not make the reindeer lug coal around this year if I don't have to.

Letter from Princess Nagger

Dear Santa,  I want this:

In door trampoline.

Realistic inflatible Pteranodon.

Good:
Bad:
Princess Nagger
Dylan
Kailey

Sean

Santa

I'm writing with a pen that looks like you in bird form.

Sincerely,

Princess Nagger

Dear Princess Nagger,

Your letter was a refreshing change of pace considering how 'businesslike' you presented it.  I did get a chuckle out of your 'Good' and 'Bad' list, and will double check my Naughty and Nice lists to make sure I have them listed in the appropriate places.

The elves are working feverishly on your request for a realistic looking inflatable Pteranodon, so you just might get what you wish for.

About the indoor trampoline...  I'm very sorry but the elves were having so much fun jumping on it after they assembled it that it broke.  Those elves are now in charge of coal production to learn a lesson, and I have other elves working on some fun dinosaur toys to make up for the loss of the trampoline.

Be sure to continue to be a good girl between now an Christmas - there are only 13 days left! Ho Ho Ho!

Love,
Santa

Letter From Lisa E

Dear Santa:
I'd love peace and joy and calm in our world  and in our back yards.
I;d love everyone to be sprinkled with happidust.
I'd love all of our bills paid and be able to retire.
I'd love my bowels to move regularly, easilly, simply and completely
I'd love a pair of new  knees and a hot body instantly.
But Santa, you know best.  What do you want to give me?
I have been a good girl.

Lisa E.

***********

Dear Lisa,
Peace is a common Christmas wish, unfortunately not all wishes can always be granted :(

Retirement may not be all that it seems, there is a feeling of satisfaction from working that you may not even realize.
I would give you some happidust, but I am not a doctor and cannot write a prescription.
I could send you some Metamucil?
If you want to see a hot body, I will give you a mirror.
What I will give you is good wishes and thanks for just being you!

Merry Christmas,
 Love Santa

Letter From Andrew

Hi Santa:

I jumped on mommy's computer while she wasn't looking so I can write this email to you!  I'm not supposed to play on the computer...  So, first, I'd really like my own computer that I can play on whenever I want.  And can it play the wheels on the bus all the time? or twinkle twinkle.

Hey, while you're at it, can you PLEASE bring me some elmo cupcakes for my birthday?

And mommy should get a VACATION.  Daddy should finally get his review and RAISE.

THANKS SANTA

Andrew

************************************

Dear Andrew,

I can tell that you have been a good boy! You should be careful with Mommy's computer though. I would not want Mommy to get mad at you. Maybe we could find you one of those children's laptops that play the songs that you like.
I think that you should get all of the Elmo cupcakes that you want, provided you do not eat too many at one time.  You would not want to be a Jolly round man like me!
Mommy needs a vacation and she will get one.  I can put a good word in for Daddy and hopefully he will get his raise.

Merry ChristmaAndrew

Laufa's Letter

Dear Santa,
I would like some pretty hoop ear rings. Yeah I’m a simple like that.
Give my Hubby lots of hugs and kisses from his family, since we are missing him a whole bunch and it will be a whole lot harder come the new years.
Please send my sister lots of gifts, I think she has been good all year – well at least to me.
Give her hubby a doily – it will surprise him and he will love it. (Evil laugh!!)
Give my niece anything Princess, since she wants to be one. She relates best to Belle.
Thanks for coming through with those DS’s for my kids. I know they will love them, since that is all they asked for at the first “real” Santa we visited at Wally-World. (Real Santa has a beard, per my 8 yr old daughter.)
Please give my parents a vacation. Yes, I know they live in FL, but for some crazy reason they want to visit us in snowy Indiana.
Don’t forget the 90 homeless families that visited your Santa Helper this past weekend. The sadness in the eyes of the parents was heart wrenching, wishing to give their kids everything they wished for. Be especially nice to the one little girl that asked for World Peace.
Thanks Santa for taking the time to visit all the kids around the world. Please think kindly even to the ones that deserve the coal, they might not know any better.

Dear Laufa,
I think that we can probably find you some nice hoop earrings!  I have plenty of elves working on jewelry.
I will do my best with the hugs and kisses, but I do travel when everyone is asleep.
Your sister has been good, she does not show up on my naughty list, and I think we can swing a doily.
DS's?  I know that stands for Dear Santa, right? HOHOHO! Just a little Christmas humor.
Your parents need a vacation, perhaps they can ride with me, if they do not mind reindeer and wind chill.
I wish that I could solve world hunger and all of the worlds problems, but the solution may just start with raising spirits, and that is my job. No one deserves coal, sometimes coal is a tool to make someone realize that there is a better way!

Merry Christmas to all!
Love, Santa

Letter from Michele L

Dear Santa,

First of all, thank you so much for telling little Trinity that she needs to stop calling her mommy a "jerk".  You should have seen her big brown eyes when she read that it really was from "SANTA", and not one of the fake, skinny mall helpers.

While I have your attention, I have a Christmas wish of my own.
I would like a wife.
Someone to do all the cleaning, cooking, laundry, errands, and occasional back rub.  I think she would be a wonderful addition to our little family.
Thanking you in advance,

Exhausted Mom,
Michele

P.S.
I know you're busy this time of year, so she doesn't have to come right on Christmas morning ~ Anytime during the next few months would be fine, and much appreciated.

Dear Michele,
Trinity is such a good girl, I cannot picture her meaning anything bad by what she called you, but she needs to stop so that I can bring her some presents! HO HO HO!

As for your request for a wife, there are certain gifts that I wish that I could give people. I hate to see people exhausted.  We all could use a Mrs. Claus. I will do my best to send some good vibrations your way, and maybe you can get your wish! Maybe I could put a massage gift certificate under the tree!

Merry Christmas
Love Santa!! (I am watching Trinity!)
